1 fourteen ounce bag Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned
stuffing mix
2 sticks butter
1 large onion, chopped (or 2 medium)
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 quart good quality chicken stock (I use Kitchen Basics) May need more stock...

Directions:
Directions:
Melt two sticks butter in skillet. Cook chopped onion in the butter til tender. remove from heat. Add stuffing mix and stir. Add soup and eggs and mix well. Pour in casserole dish. Pour chicken stock over dressing. Let in soak in completely. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve with turkey and gravy.
