8 c. torn fresh spinach
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1 med. tomato, chopped and seeded
1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and then chopped
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. vinegar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first six ingredients with 6 of the chopped bacon strips in large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, vinegar, oil, mustard, lemon juice and remaining bacon pieces. Pour over salad and serve immediately.
