Beef (cut into cubes)
Chopped Onion
Tomatoes cut into cubes
Garlic Powder
Chile
Salt





Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil
2. Cook meat, add salt (until done)
3. Add Chopped Chile and add onion
4. Stir until cooked
5.Add tomato, garlic, and water
(until it covers the meat)
6. Bring to a boil, bring down to a simmer
(about 20 mins.)
7. When tomato is tender remove from heat
