1 box frozen meatballs
49.5 oz chicken broth
3 carrots cut into 1 inch pieces
3 stalks celery but into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion cut into 1 inch pieces
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp hot peppers
Optional: 1 can black beans, rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meatballs according to directions. Cut into 3rds. Pour chicken broth into large pot. Add stewed tomatoes and spices. Combine vegetables and boil for 10 minutes, then simmer for 30 minutes to meld flavors.
