1 lb. pork sausage
3 heaping tablespoons flour
4 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble sausage and cook in skillet with 2 tablespoons oil until done. Add the flour and cook over medium heat for a minute or two. Add three cups of milk and cook till bubbly, add more milk as needed for desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a couple more minutes and serve over hot biscuits.
