1 cup Macadamia nuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
Milk for dredging
1 large Egg for dredging
Flour for dusting filets
Parsley
Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
1. Finely chop macadamia nuts and mix with bread crumbs.
2. Mix up a milk/egg mixture, set aside.
3. Dust fish filets in flour, then dredge in egg mixture. Then completely coat fish with nut mixture. Drizzle filets with butter and place in glass baking dish.
4. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes.
