1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening (part butter)
3 unbeaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 squares melted chocolate
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. chocolate chips (melted)
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, sugar and salt, add shortening and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and chocolate. Blend in walnuts (optional).
Spray a 11x15 pan. Put mixture in pan and bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. After removing from oven, cover with marshmallows, put back in oven until marshmallows puff (a few minutes), the oven may be off. Remove from the oven and drop the melted chocolate chips and mix together lightly.
