1 lb. ground beef/veal/pork mixture
2 eggs 1 T. raisins
1 Table pine nuts
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above together except the oil (hold for frying)
Form into balls. Add oil to pan. When oil is hot, add meatballs and brown on all sides. (really brown makes the best meatballs) Remove and set aside. Add to Marinara Sauce recipe from this book.
