1/4 c. sugar
2 T. flour
2 T. baking cocoa
1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 T. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 coffee mug

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, flour and baking cocoa into a small baggie. Shake it up to mix the ingredients.
Put chocolate chips and butter into your coffee mug. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until melted.
Using a fork, quickly stir in beaten egg.
Add the dry ingredients from the baggie and stir until smooth.
Microwave on high about 1 minute, the center will still be very wet!
Eat it right out of your mug, or scoop into a bowl and make room for ice cream or whipped cream.
Serves 2, but you don't need to share!

This makes a great gift. You can place the baggie with the dry ingredients into a coffee mug. Attach the remaining recipe and instructions using a decorative tag or recipe card. You can be creative on how you decorate the gift.
