2 c. cracked wheat
3/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cracked wheat, molasses, soda, salt with hot water and then mix in the flour. Pour into greased bread pan, cover with foil. Bake in 325º oven for 1 1/2 hours. Turn off and let the bread set until oven is cooled. Serve with butter and cheese.
