Personal Notes:
I like to add Chocolate Icing

1 stick butter (real butter)
1/3 C. cocoa
1/2 t salt
2/3 C evaporated milk
2 C sugar
1 t vanilla

Combine all ingredients except for vanilla in a boiler. Stir well and bring to a boil. You must stir constantly while it is boiling. Boil for 3 minutes. Take off heat and add vanilla. Let cool and beat to spreading consistency. Spread on cake before icing is cooled. It gets hard as it cools.
