1 lb. chopped turkey meat or ground beef
2 scotch bonnet peppers
4 tsps. black pepper
5 tsps. onion powder
5 tsps. garlic powder
5 tsps. paprika
1 sweet green pepper
1 bottle sweet relish
5 tomatoes
2 tbsps. olive oil
2 pinches of salt
2 bags shredded American cheese

©Mix ground beef or turkey with onion powder, paprika, Cut scotch bonnet peppers into tiny pieces and add to meat mixture, along with 2 pinches of salt.

Heate a saute pan with olive oil for a few minutes. Place ground meat in the pan, mixing lightly so that meat doesn't clump up. While meat is being cooked, place tomatoes in a blender and puree. Once properly pureed add to meat mixture in pan. Add a few splashes of sweet relish and simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Turn off stove. Take the minced meat mixture and place on soft, poppy seed rolls, making a sandwich. Cut circular slices of the sweet pepper and put on top of the Sloppy Josephine mixture with shredded American cheese in the middle.
