Lobster and Chinese Noodle Recipe

4 Lobsters
4 packages of ramen noodles
2 stalk of scallions
1/3 cup of olive oil
4 tsps. Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
5 tbsps. of La Choy soy sauce
4 pegs garlic
1 onion
black pepper to taste

©Boil lobster in a big pot on the stove. Chop onions, scallions and garlic. Add to pot. When lobster turns reddish, turn off stove and allow to cool.

In a separate pot place ramen noodles and seasoning packets to boil in water, once noodles are cooked turn off stove.

Return to lobster pot and take the fleshy meat of lobster out of shell. Heat a saute pan with olive oil. Drain noodles from water and then place cooked ramen noodles and lobster pieces in the pan, adding Old Bay Seasoning, additional scallion, garlic, black pepper and soy sauce , Spread ingredients evenly in pan, and cook on a medium flame, occasionall adding soy sauce until noodles are light brown.
