1 lb package Barilla Wavy Lasagne
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 lb Polly – O whole milk ricotta
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
24 oz. Kings Marinara Sauce
1 tsp. each dried oregano and pepper

1. Cook lasagne according to package instructions.
2. Combine ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese, black pepper and oregano in a bowl and mix well until blended.
3. Place cheese mixture in pastry bag with no tip.
4. Pipe cheese mixture onto cooked lasagne starting 2 inches from the top to the bottom
5. Roll each filled lasagne starting at the bottom.
6. Place rollatini in baking sheet. Cover with marinara sauce, and extra grated parmesan if desired.
7. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 – 20 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
