3-4 potatoes
5 eggs
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 lb. chicken breast
1 medium onion, diced
2-3 tbs. mayonnaise
2-3 tbs. olive oil
2-3 medium pickles, diced (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup green peas, steamed

Directions:
Directions:
1) Boil potatoes until soft then dice. Set aside.
2) Next boil eggs, adding a dash of salt and pepper. Dice and set aside.
3) Boil chicken breast, onion and salt in 2 cups water until chicken is cooked. Then dice chicken. (You can use the leftover broth as a soup and add noodles).
4) In large bowl, add all chopped ingredients and green peas, plus 2-3 tbs. mayonnaise. Add 2-3 tbs. olive oil until spreadable consistency (similar to tuna fish). This is great for the kids' lunch sandwiches or as a snack. For a Olvieh sandwich add fresh tomato and lettuce.
