1 block of fresh tofu (please avoid the other kind, non-fresh)
1 bunch of green onions, chopped fine, mostly the white part
Furikake (we buy the kind with wasabi)- use whatever suites your taste
Shoyu (we use the organic shoyu, expensive but
Optional-Crushed ginger (optional- yes for Mary Ann, heck no for John)
Finely chopped green onion (the white part)
Optional-sprinkle of the dried fish flakes (optional- yes for Mary Ann, NO for John)

Cube the tofu, arrange on plate. Top with ginger if using first. Next add the finely chopped green onions, and then add the furikaki, top with shoyu. If using fish flakes, add a little bit of this on the very top.
Note:
We have eaten this for years now about 1 or 2 times each week with rice, cut slices of avocado, and fresh tomatoes.

Please only use fresh tofu. If you cannot use your fresh tofu right away, place in tupperware and cover with purified water daily.
