2 pkg. yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
5 cups flour, tossed and lightly spooned
2 slightly beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in lukewarm water. Scald milk in which are the sugar, salt and butter. Cool in lukewarm water. Add eggs, yeast and flour; knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth and satiny. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch down and let it rest 10 minutes before shaping into rolls. Let rolls rise slightly and bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
