1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, sift before measuring
1 tsp. salt
3 tbs. sugar
1 3/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
1-2 slightly beaten whole eggs
3 tbs. melted butter
1 to 1 1/4 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Resift flour with salt, sugar and baking powder. Mix with eggs, butter and milk.

Fry in lightly oiled pan 2-3 minutes each side.

Even though the recipe I submitted is very common in my family, I like it anyway. I like it because it is better than all other pancakes I've ever had and they're fluffier than others. Another reason why I like them is because my mother makes them which means they are extra special because she makes them with care and the way I like them. Plus these are made from scratch so they are very fresh which I love. Those are the reasons why I submitted this recipe.
