1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8-oz) package refrigerated whipped topping
3/4 plus 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. blueberries
2 heaping tsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 350º. In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, butter, dark brown sugar, and pecans. Mix well. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes until slightly brown. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl mix together the cream cheese, whipped topping, 3/4 cup of the sugar and vanilla. Spread over the cooled base. In a saucepan combine the blueberries, cornstarch, and the remaining 1/4 c. sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until thickened. Cool and spread over the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
