Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My favorite dish is Chicken Piccata because it was made by my Dad. I also like it because it has a great taste. The dish has chicken, capers and lemons. They work so well together. I like the contrast of the saltiness of the capers and the tartness of the lemons. Not only does it have a wonderful taste but it is healthy too. We make it healthier by not adding butter. I like the sauce on the Chicken Piccata so much that I put it on my rice. We put the sauce on the rice because it tastes better. That is why Chicken Piccata is my favorite dish.
