Grate 1 1/2 pounds monterey jack cheese and 3/4 Ib chedder cheese - divide into 3 portions.

2 cans green chilies ( 4 oz each) cut strips or use the chopped - drain

Grease 13 x 9 pan - put layer of cheese - layer of chilies - then cheese - chilies - cheese - you should have 3 layers of cheese and 2 of chilies with cheese on top. Beat 3 eggs, 1/4 cup half and half and 1 tablespoon flour - pour mixture over cheese. Bake 1 hr at 375.

Serve warm - cut in sqaures.
