Directions:
Brown onions and green pepper in olive oil. Add grape jelly and stir. Then add ketchup and allow ingredients to blend while stirring. Simmer for 15 minutes and stir often.

In a bowl, add eggs, breadcrumbs, meat and garlic powder. Blend ingredients well. Form into balls approximately 1 inch in diameter.

Gently add meatballs to sauce. Cook uncovered for 1 hour, 15 minutes on low heat stirring often.

Meatballs can be frozen.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I use frozen chopped onions and green peppers. You can increase number of meatballs but just make sure to increase other ingredients as well. Make sure that proportion of ketchup and jelly is equal. You must use grape jelly and not jam.

At Passover, I replace breadcrumbs with matzo meal.

You can also use cocktail hotdogs instead of meatballs.
