1/4 stick unsalted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, Guittard or better
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
12 oz. miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet.
Add milk.
Turn off heat and add chocolate chips, stirring to melt.
Blend in nuts and marshmallows to coat.
Spread in 9" X 13" pan lined with wax paper or parchment.
Cool to set in refrigerator.
Cut into serving pieces
