1 tbs. fresh rosemary leaves
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
kosher salt
2 tbs. olive oil
6 lamb chops

Directions:
Directions:
Place the first five ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed. Pour in olive oil and pulse into a paste. Rub the paste on both sides of the lamb chops being sure to cover all surfaces. Place in a zip-top bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to high. Grill the lamb chops for 2-3 minutes. Then flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes more until done. Serves 3-6.

Tailgate Lamb Chops is my favorite recipe. I like them a lot because first of all we only have them when we're having a tailgating party at a football game! I also like them because of their taste. I like the taste because of their juiciness and their meatiness. I also just like Lamb Chops in general! While most tailgaters look forward to a hotdog or a hamburger our hardcore crew has a tradition of scarfing down delicious, mouth watering Tailgate Lamb Chops. Every bite brings the home team good luck!
