Oats Mixture:
2 or 3 pounds Quick Oatmeal
2 cups Coconut
2 cups Nuts and Seeds (sunflower seeds, chopped pecans, cashews, almonds)

Oil Mixture:
1 ½ cups Safflower Oil
1 ½ cups Honey
2/3 cup Water
3 Tbsp. Vanilla


Directions:

Using an electric beater, mix thoroughly in a bowl the oil mixture. Pour oil mixture over the oats mixture and mix with your hands until ingredients are thoroughly coated. Spread mixture about ½ inch thick in a broiler pan which has been greased. Bake in a 250 degree oven for 1 ½ hours, turning mixture after first half hour and every 20 minutes until the oats are a light brown.
