Sift together:
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Baking Powder

Break 1 Egg into the center of the mixture and add ½ cup Whole Milk. Stir only until thoroughly mixed. Drop into boiling soup with spoon. Cover and cook 25 minutes without removing the cover of the kettle. The dumplings will be lighter and tender.
