2 lg. Chicken Breasts; cooked and cut up
3 cups wide Egg Noodles; cooked

Sauce:
4 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Flour
1 ½ cup Chicken Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup diced Celery
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper
(You can always add a bit of diced green pepper and diced onion if you prefer)

Directions:

Heat sauce until cheese is melted and pour over chicken and noodles. Crush potato chips on top (approx. 2 cups crushed). Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
