2 lbs. Ground Beef
1/8 tsp. Pepper
˝ cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
2 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 tsp. Chili Powder
˝ cup Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, onion, chili powder, and pepper. Shape into small meat balls. Brown. Cover; cook for 10 minutes. Place in 2 ˝ quart casserole. Make gravy of soups, water, and 1 cup evaporated milk. Heat until steaming and then pour over meatballs. Top with Chili Cheese Biscuits.
