1 thick slice of Bread, soaked in milk
½ lb. of Ground Beef, Veal, Pork, or Liver
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Butter, melted
3 Tbsp. chopped Parsley
¼ cup minced Onion
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
¼ tsp. Paprika
Vegetable Stock to cover meat balls
pinch of Nutmeg
½ tsp. Lemon Rind
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in melted butter until golden. Beat eggs and add to meat. Add wrung out bread, onion, and rest of ingredients except vegetable stock. Shape into 2 inch meatballs and brown. Cover with heated vegetable stock and cook for 20 minutes. Remove meatballs and make gravy.

Gravy:
For each cup of stock add 2 Tbsp. of Flour, 2 Tbsp. Butter, 2 Tbsp. chopped Pickles, and Sour Cream as desired.
