1 lb. ground beef
small onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. milk
1/2 c. bisquick
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and salt and place in greased 9x13” pan. Sprinkle cheese over beef. Mix milk, bisquick and eggs in blender and pour over cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
