2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk

SAUCE (may want to double)
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first five ingredients and roll into balls or bake in 9x13” loaf pan. Pour sauce over top of meat mixture and baste 3 times while baking. Bake at 300° for 2 hours.

Vollina called to invite us over for supper one Fall evening many years ago and said she was trying out a new meatball recipe. We loved these meatballs and it is a sweet memory of just one of many happy times with them.
