1 1/2 lbs. large fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1T. olive oil
1/4 C dry white wine
1/2 C. soft breadcrumbs
1 (14oz.) can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 C. grated Parmesan
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove stems from mushrooms. Sauté stems, onion and garlic in oil for 5 minutes until onion is tender. Add wine, cook for 2 minutes until liquid evaporates. Stir in breadcrumbs. Remove from heat. Cool.
Combine onion, artichoke and next five ingredients. Spoon 1 t. into each cap. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
