2 cups flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 cups of butter
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana
1 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh or frozen cranberry's
1/2 cup shopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9.5 Loaf Pan. combine Flour, baking powder, salt. baking soda. Cream together butter, sugar, egg until smooth, add banana mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake for 70-80 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes, remove from pan.
