5 c. brown sugar, packed
2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
8 tsp vanilla
4 c. buttermilk or sour milk
6 c. rhubarb
10 c. flour
4 tsp. Baking powder
2 tsp. Salt

Topping
4 tbsp. melted butter
11/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat well, stir in rhubarb. Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Stir dry ingredients into rhubarb mixture till blended. Fill muffing tins put the following topping on before you bake muffins. Bake 400 for 20 to 25 min.
