1 medium onion quartered
¼ C butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 clove garlic
2 T flour
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp. pepper
¼ tsp. paprika
1 3-ounce can mushrooms, drained
1 C commercial sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drop quartered onion in blender; cover and run on Speed 4 until onion is coarsely chopped.
2. Melt butter in a large frying pan and sauté chopped onion in butter over medium heat.
3. Add meat to onion and sauté about 5 minutes or until browned.
4. Put all remaining ingredients except sour cream in blender in order listed; cover and blend on Speed 5 until thoroughly mixed.
5. Add blended mixture to meat; simmer 10 minutes.
6. Stir in sour cream and cook just until heated through.
7. Serve on hot mashed potatoes, fluffy rice, noodles or roast.
