Ingredients:  
¼ C margarine
1 C sugar
1 egg
1 C milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 C flour
3 tsp. baking powder
salt (optional)
2 C raspberries or other berries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla.
2. Add milk alternately with flour and baking powder.
3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
4. Sprinkle raspberries on top.
5. Bake until done.
6. Top with basic white icing.

WHITE ICING

Mix the following:
1/3 C margarine
3 – 3 ¼ C icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 T milk
