3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 cups milk
7 oz. can crab meat
3 eggs, separated (set whites aside)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour, salt and paprika, cook 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add milk gradually and continue stirring until mixture thickens. Cool slightly, add crab meat and well beaten egg yolk. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased dish and bake at 350º oven until firm. Approximately 25 minutes.
