6 Frozen Blintzes
½ stick butter
2 eggs
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs orange juice
1 Cup sour cream
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Coat blintzes with butter in a lasagna pan. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Pour onto blintzes. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
