1 (4-5 lb) Brisket
2 tsp Meat Tenderizer
1 bottle (4 oz) Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Onion Salt
1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Sprinkle brisket w/ Tenderizer. Cover with Liquid Smoke and refrigerate overnight, covered with foil. Remove and sprinkle over top the remaining mixture of ingredients. Cover tightly with foil - bake 2 hours at 300º. Loosen foil and bake 5 more hours at 200º.
