2 quarts popped corn
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Keep corn warm. I use my electric wok to keep it warm. Heat the kahlua, sugar, vinegar to boiling stirring until sugar dissolve. Add butter and boil to the hard crack stage 300degress.

Pour over warm corn stirring to coat evenly. Add nuts. cool

Can be stored up to several weeks in airtight container. Do Not refrigerate!
