10 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 c. wheat germ
2 c. raw sunflower seeds
1 c. sesame seeds
3 c. chopped almonds/pecans

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. canola oil
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir and heat to dissolve the remaining ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Divide into 2 or 3 9"x13" pans. Bake at 300º for 60 to 90 minutes until chewy but not too brown. Stir several times, especially near the end of the cooking time. Cool. Mix in raisins, if desired. Store in air tight container. May freeze.
