1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. heavy whipping cream (no substitutes)


ROLLS:

1 c. warm water (120º-130º)
2 T. softened butter
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg



FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. softened butter
2 tsp. cinnamon

In 9x13 inch pan, combine brown sugar and cream; mix well. In large bowl, blend warm water, butter, and egg at low speed until moistened. Add some flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remaining flour. Knead on floured surface 1 minute. Press or roll into 7x15 inch rectangle. Combine filling and spread over dough. Starting with the 15 inch side, roll up tightly (jelly roll fashion). Pinch edges to seal. Cut into 20 rolls. Place rolls cut side down in cream mixture. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and double in size, 35-45 minutes. Heat oven to 400º. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and rolls sound hollow when lightly tapped. Cool 5 minuites; invert onto foil.
