16 large pasta shells, cooked al dente and drained
2 c cottage cheese
1 c Feta cheese
1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed of excess wahter
2 1/2 c tomato sauce (homemade or good quality store bought)
Basil to taste, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese, spinach and half Feta cheese in food processor. Heat oven to 375º. Stuff each shell with cheese mixture and place in a baking pan. Top with tomato sauce and remaining Feta cheese. Bake for 40 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Top with fresh chopped basil.
