1 cup of cilantro
1/4 cup of toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup of parmiagiano reggiano cheese
1/2 cup of excellent Italian, Spanish
and Argentinian olive oil
1/2 cup of chicken stock (Kitchen Basic)
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

© Place all ingredients into a blender with the exception of the olive oil and chicken stock. Drizzle the olive oil slowly and then pour the chicken stock until it is completely emulsified. Taste for seasoning. If needed, add more salt and pepper. Place sauce into a squeeze bottle. It makes a better presentation when squeezed on plate.
