A handful of parsley
2 lbs. of Shrimp
6 cloves of garlic
2 tbsps. of excellent olive oil
Zest of lemon (reserve juice on the side)
A handful of pecorino reggiano cheese
1 tsp. capers
Salt and fresh cracked pepper

© Remove shell from shrimp, while leaving the tail on. Remove the vein from the backside of the shrimp. Rinse and pat dry.

Place shrimp into a plastic bag, add ingredients. Blend in bag. Seal it tight Marinate overnight.
Ready for grilling!

*Parsley Pesto Sauce goes great with this delicious appetizer.
