2 chicken breasts
1 ½ tbsp. flour
2-3 tbsp. white wine
¼ pt. chicken stock
1 clove crushed garlic
1 tsp. (or more to taste) grated unsweetened chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan. Fry 2 chicken breasts, skin side down until browned, then turn over and cook for 2 more minutes.

Remove chicken from oil, add 1½ tbsp. flour to pan, cook a little. Add 1 clove crushed garlic, cook a little more. Pour on ¼ pint chicken stock gradually. Add 2-3 tbsps. white wine. Bring to boil. Reduce to simmering, replace chicken, cover. Cook until tender/done.

Remove chicken (again!). Add 1 tsp. (I like more!) grated, unsweetened cooking chocolate and cook, stirring over low heat for 2 minutes.

Pour over chicken and serve
