Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
3 to 4 T. poppy seeds
3 T. mustard
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 onion, minced
12 to 16 Swiss cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off both ends of French bread loaf, then cut loaf down middle (lengthwise), and then slice down slices as you usually would slice a loaf of bread. Place bread in loaf form on aluminum foil, with enough length and width to fully wrap around bread (don't wrap it yet, though!)

Mix together melted butter, poppy seeds, mustard, seasoning salt, and onion. Brush mixture all over and inside loaf of bread, spooning liquid with onions throughout. Then stuff slice of cheese between each slice of bread. Cheese should stick out over top of bread.

Wrap foil around entire loaf. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. It will make its own crust. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Guests just pull apart the slices. Great with an entree salad, or to accompany a salad luncheon!
