1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can (1 lb.) pumpkin
12 oz. bag chocolate chips (Ghiradelli 60% cocoa)
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar thoroughly; add eggs, pumpkin and water.
Sift together flour, baking soda, powder, salt and cinnamon; add to pumpkin mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour into greased pans (2 loaf or 5 mini loaf).
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Test for doneness by inserting a toothpick and having it come out clean.
