Twin pack of Pork Tenderloins, 2-2.5 lbs

salt and pepper

8 slices of maple flavored bacon

2 or more TBLS maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven: 450º F.
Since I don't like to clean pans, line a large rimmed pan with foil.
Salt and pepper the tenderloins, then wrap each one with 4 slices, you may have to stretch.
Drizzle maple syrup all over the tenderloins.
Place them about 2-3 inches apart on the pan.
Roast about 25 mins till the bacon browns and the pork is 150º, turning once.
Rest for 5 mins before slicing.
