2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 T. butter
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
brown sugar, cinnamon and pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together 1st 3 ingredients; add sugar and baking powder alternately with milk. Put in 10 x 10 greased pan and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and pats of butter. Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes.

This was a favorite of the Mills girls when they were growing up together in Royersford. Judi went on a Missions trip to Nicaragua and the night she returned, Mom made a double batch of crater cake so we could celebrate.
